Ronit Gujral

Amit Jain aka Ronit Gujral, studies at St. Martin's and wants to be counted in Pooja's list of friends.

Ronit is the son of a powerful businessman and an actress - mother. He stays in a palatial house with his father (who is generally travelling), mother (played by Sujata Mehta) and sister Reema (played by Simple Kaul). He is one of those guys who thinks he can impress everyone with his money and style of living. Lost college elections for the first time with Akash as the opponent. Hardly interested in studying, roams around with his best friend, Kushan. Lately, he has developed a crush on Pooja for all the wrong reasons and wants to befriend her at any cost.

Amit Jain has acted in some ad films. He has also acted in Kalpana Lajmi's film 'Kyon' where he sports a different look. Delhi based boy, though coming from a conservative business family, he's got a diploma in acting from Barry John and learnt from Roshan Taneja and N K Sharma as well. Akash

Ajay Arya aka Akash, who studies in the same college as Pooja.

Akash, plays as one of the lead actors in the serial. He studies at St. Martin and is Pooja's friend. He plays a nice, sweet natured guy in the college. He keeps smiling all the time and is also intelligent, studious and ambitious. He wants to become a TV producer and dreams of achieving that. He is the College Representative and sports denim and t-shirt.

Trained as a computer engineer, Ajay Arya has acted in quite some commercials including Colgate Gel, Ponds, Tetley Tea and Reynolds. He has also done some videos with Sukhwinder and Roop Kumar-Sonali Rathod.

Pooja Mehta

Shama Sikander aka Pooja Mehta, who plays the lead role.

Pooja Mehta or Pooji is the daughter of Rasikbhai and Sudha Mehta in the serial. She has two elder sisters (one is married and the second one is looking) and one younger brother. Her grandfather also stays with them. Mandy, her friend and neighbour, and Jayshree Bua, Rasikbhai's sister visits her house often.

She dreams of becoming a film director and works very hard in becoming one. Creative juices flow naturally from her and she can make prize winning projects and wonderful setup for parties. Seen only in Salwaar Kameez , she is not allowed for late night parties and talking to guys much. She is the leading lady of the serial and rightly hogs much of the footage in Yeh Meri Life Hai.

Earlier in her career, she has acted in some B-grade films. In those movies, she has worn clothes which she would not wear in this serial and also smooched in one of them. Details and Pictures of her movies will be posted later.
