Ronit Gujral and Pooja Malhotra meet

Poornima asks Ronit what has happened and Ronit hands over the court notice to her. Ronit gets a call from Shalini. She tells him that she had warned him about a big jhatka - She tells Ronit that Ashmit ne delhi mein baithe yeh kar dikhaya hai. Shalini adds that her offer to Ronit of being a friend is still open. Ronit hangs up the phone. Poornima faints after reading the notice. Ronit shouts and calls her dadi and mom. Poornima regains her consciousness and when asked what happened, she said that she fainted after she heard the sad news. Maya asks her about the news and Ronit tells her about that if they don't repay all the money, unkey ghar ki nilami ho jaayegi. Maya and Dadi are shocked. Ronit goes out and thinks that now he does not want to know anything about Ashmit and it is going to be a jung between them. Dadi tries to stop him and tells him if he hurts Ashmit what would happen to his love. I wonder why dadi is reminding him again and again of Pooja and it seems she is supporting Ashmit more than Ronit. Kuch toh hai. Ashmit tells her that he is going anyways.

Ronit goes to the lawyer. Yes, the guy who was supposed to appear, does it today. I guess you guys must be knowing his name. He tells Ronit that there are always some loopholes in certain agreements and only due to them, Ashmit has planned this through the bank. Either, they can do a out-of-court settlement with the bank and save their house. Ronit tells him that he would want to attack Ashmit as well. He gives a copy of all the agreements of Ashmit to the lawyer. After reading it briefly , the lawyer finds that Ashmit has started many small companies in last couple of months and not registered all of them. They can exploit this and try and convince court - if they can be successful, Ashmit will have to shut down all those companies and his parent company will be in doldrums. Ronit asks him to get ready for that.

Pooja and Ashmit arrive back from Delhi to find Mandy and Rocky at their house. They both are preparing for the grand reception of Pooja and Ashmit. Mandy is excited and asks Pooja about the fashion week. Ashmit excuses himself - Pooja and Ashmit are shown on TV. Mandy, Rocky and Pooja view the show. After the show ends, a news announcement talks about the fall of Gujral empire and how the house nilami is being talked about in the courts. A statement from Ronit is also shown where he tells his shareholders to have faith in him and their company and everything will be alright. Pooja is shocked to here this and she calls up at Gujral House. Maya picks up the phone and accuses her of knowing everything and still calling up. Pooja later calls up Ronit on his cellphone. Ronit was relaxing with his dadi where again she was telling him to think before doing anything to Ashmit. Pooja asks Ronit about what was happening. Ronit tells her that he would want to meet her now. Pooja agrees. Ronit tells her dadi to give aashirwaad, since he is going to meet Pooja and tell her that he is going to destroy Ashmit. Ronit still remembers all the wonderful moments he shared with Pooja and thinks about how he had decorated her room and bed for their first night - and now what has happened. He leaves to meet Pooja.

Pooja drives her car and comes in. Remember, Ashmit ne ussey car chalana sikha diya. Anyways, after meeting she asks Ronit that she is unaware about all what has happened and asks Ronit why he didn't tell her everything. She talks about the relationship they shared and remembers that once they had decided that if they cannot be together in happiness, they will surely stand besides each other in moments of pain - Ronit tells her that he knows and remembers everything. He tells Pooja that this was not a hadsa, but a saazish. Ronit continues telling her that this is not a result of bad business decisions, but a well thought plan by someone to destroy them. He tells Pooja that the guy who is doing this is very very close to both of them. Pooja tells Ronit that he should be taught a lesson then and asks his name. Ronit tells him that she would not believe what he will say, Pooja says that even if her ears won't believe, she trusts Ronit. Ronit tells her that 'woh tumhara pati hai, Ashmit Malhotra'. Ashmit Malhotra hi Ronit Gujral ki barbaadi ka karan hai. Pooja is shocked. Episode ends.

Wow! Aakhir mein Ronit ne yeh keh hi diya. Good work. I hope he does not tell Pooja that he will destroy him or Pooja in turn will tell him that no matter what he does, she will protect her husband and the whole thing will be a flop. Instead, Ronit should not say anything now and wait for Pooja to speak. If that happens, Pooja might tell her that even if he is my husband, if she founds out that Ashmit is behind all this, she will support Ronit. Agar aisa hoga toh kya hoga? Koi guesses.
